107-1書院住宿生週會相關事宜Weekly meeting with all of the boarders in the first semester of 107 academic year

1.Session:September 26th, 2018, Wednesday, 15:20~16:40
二、地點:體育館三、四樓
2.Location:The third and the fourth floor of the Stadium.
三、參與人員:全體住宿生
3.Participants:All of the boarders in Dayeh University
四、當日週會時間若有排課之住宿生(含研究生),請登入學生資訊系統→右上角下拉式選單→請假系統→宿舍集會請假,以完成請假手續。
4.If any boarders (including graduate students) have classes during the weekly meeting, please make sure you log into your student account. Follow the instructions: Go to Student's Information System→Pull down the menu of the right top corner→ Select Take-your-leave system→ Select Take-your-leave for dormitory weekly meeting. Finally, you will be able to complete the procedure of taking a leave.
五、週會期間由各樓層樓長點名,當日未請假或無正當理由點名不到者,依學生獎懲辦法第八條規定,以無故缺席規定參與之集會者記申誡處分乙次。
5.All of the floor managers will do a roll call during the weekly meeting. If you don't take leave or be absent from the gathering without proper reasons, you will be get a demerit according to the eighth item of Students' Rewarding and Punishment Regulations.
